What's that sound?

I woke up to the sound of something really strange. It sounded like cats mating outside the window. There are few if any cats in our neighborhood so that did not make much sense. It turns out the sound was actually coming from inside the house, from the baby's crib to be exact. Here's a sample of her trying out her voice.
